文章针对妇科开腹和阴式手术中常用能量器械的种类、工作原理及副损伤进行讨论，总结了能量器械使用的技巧及副损伤的防治策略。

Abstract: In this paper, the author introduced the classification, working mechanism, and the complications of energy instruments, and then summarized the application skills, prevention and management of complications of surgical energy instruments in gynecological trans-abdominal and trans-vaginal operation.
