摘要： 妊娠期子宫破裂是罕见的产科并发症，其临床表现多样、缺乏特异性，常造成漏诊或误诊为其他妊娠急腹症而导致母儿灾难性后果。早期识别、及时诊治对改善妊娠结局起到关键作用。文章围绕妊娠期子宫破裂的发病率、高危因素、临床征象等，结合笔者临床经验进行探讨，旨在为妊娠期子宫破裂的早期识别及诊断提供参考。

Abstract: Uterine rupture during pregnancy is a rare obstetric complication with various clinical manifestations but without specificity，which often leads to missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis as other acute abdomen during pregnancy，leading to catastrophic consequences for mothers and children. Early recognition and timely diagnosis and treatment play a key role in improving pregnancy outcome. This article will focus on its incidence，high risk factors，clinical signs and so on，and through combination with the author's clinical experience，a discussion is made in order to provide reference for the early identification and diagnosis of uterine rupture during pregnancy.
