摘要： 与非孕期比较，妊娠期附件扭转发生率明显增加，多见于辅助生殖技术助孕孕妇。妊娠期附件扭转不仅有卵巢坏死的风险，还可能导致流产、早产等母儿不良结局。文章系统回顾了妊娠期附件扭转的发生、临床表现及其诊断和治疗，重点探讨其手术时机、路径与方式。

Abstract: Compared with that during non-pregnancy，the incidence of adnexal torsion during pregnancy significantly increases，which is more common in patients with assisted reproductive technology. Adnexal torsion during pregnancy not only has the risk of ovarian necrosis，but also may lead to miscarriage，premature delivery and other adverse outcomes. This article systematically reviews the occurrence，clinical manifestations，diagnosis and treatment of adnexal torsion during pregnancy，focusing on the timing，route and mode of operation.
