摘要： 人巨细胞病毒是一种在人体各种器官和组织中广泛存在的病毒。先天性的巨细胞病毒感染是新生儿视力障碍、先天性感音神经性耳聋、病毒性肝炎、病毒性肺炎等疾病的常见原因。妊娠期针对高危孕妇和胎儿进行筛查是临床干预的重要环节。

Abstract: Human cytomegalovirus（HCMV）is a virus that exists widely in various organs and tissues of human body.Congenital cytomegalovirus infection is a common cause of neonatal visual impairment，congenital sensopineural hearing loss，viral hepatitis，viral pneumonia and other diseases. The screening of high-risk pregnant women and their fetuses during pregnancy is an important part of clinical intervention.
