摘要：

妊娠合并子宫肌瘤导致妊娠期多种并发症发生，严重影响母儿健康。在孕前应引起高度重视，积极处理较大的子宫肌瘤。妊娠期、分娩前、产褥期均应当加强监测，积极应对处理并发症，选择恰当的处理和分娩方式，预防并发症的发生。

Abstract:

Pregnancy combined with uterine myoma leads to multiple complications during pregnancy，which seriously affects the health of mothers and children.It should be highly valued before conception and larger uterine myoma should be actively dealt with.Monitoring should be strengthened during pregnancy，before childbirth and during the puerperium；actively dealing with complications and choosing appropriate treatment and delivery methods can be done to prevent complications.
