摘要： 随着女性恶性肿瘤发病率的逐年上升，且呈现年轻化趋势，年轻患者的生育力的保护与保存是临床亟须解决的问题。文章结合近年的研究进展，分别就早期子宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌的保留生育功能治疗的指征、治疗方式及方法和疾病管理进行了阐述。

关键词: 妇科恶性肿瘤, 保留生育功能, 手术治疗

Abstract: As the incidence of female malignant tumors is increasing，and showing a younger trend，the protection and preservation of the fertility of young patients is a clinical problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article，based on the research progress in recent years，summarizes the indications，treatment methods and disease management of early-stage cervical cancer，endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer.
