Abstract: The incidence of eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases（EGIDs）is increasing.However，except for eosinophilic esophagitis（EoE），the guidelines or consensus on non-EoE EGIDs are still lacking. In 2022，the “International Consensus Recommendations for Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disease Nomenclature” was published to establish a naming system and standardize the diagnostic terms for EGIDs. This article introduces the background，process，and main contents of “International Consensus Recommendations for Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disease Nomenclature”，and briefly introduces the possible problems in the diagnosis and treatment of children with EGIDs in China so that clinicians can understand the contents of the Consensus and achieve a standardized diagnosis.

摘要： 嗜酸细胞性胃肠道疾病（eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases，EGIDs）发病率逐年升高，但除嗜酸细胞性食管炎（eosinophilic esophagitis，EoE）外，尚缺乏非EoE型EGIDs的相关指南或共识，2022年国际上发表了《嗜酸细胞性胃肠道疾病命名国际共识》，用以建立EGIDs的命名系统，规范该类疾病的诊断术语。文章对《嗜酸细胞性胃肠道疾病命名国际共识》制作背景、制作过程和主要内容进行介绍，并简要介绍我国儿童EGIDs诊治中可能存在的问题，以期临床医生能了解该共识的相关内容，做到规范诊断。
