Abstract: Pediatric lung transplantation is an effective treatment for children with end-stage lung diseases. The indications include end-stage pulmonary vascular disease， bronchiolitis obliterans， interstitial lung disease， cystic fibrosis and so on. In recent years， with the development and maturity of lung transplantation technology， the number of pediatric lung transplantation has also increased year by year. This article summarizes the current status of pediatric lung transplantation in the treatment of different lung diseases in children in order to provide a reference for the lung transplantation evaluation， diagnosis and treatment of children with end-stage lung diseases.

摘要： 儿童肺移植是治疗终末期儿童肺疾病的有效治疗手段，适应证包括终末期肺血管疾病、闭塞性细支气管炎、肺间质病变、囊性肺纤维化等。近年来，随着肺移植技术的发展和成熟，儿童肺移植的数量也逐年增多。该文针对肺移植在不同儿童肺疾病中的治疗现状予以概述，为临床上终末期儿童肺疾病的肺移植评估和诊疗提供参考。
