Abstract: Brain injury of premature infants can lead to severe sequelae such as cerebral palsy，cognitive impairment and mental development disorder. Stabilizing brain circulation，anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation therapies are common brain protective methods for premature infants. It is still necessary to further explore the long-term impact of these therapies on the nervous system development of premature infants. This articde focuses on the research progress in brain protection in premature infants.

摘要： 早产儿脑损伤可导致脑瘫、认知障碍及精神发育异常等严重后遗症，出生前、出生时和出生后采取稳定脑循环、抗炎、抗氧化等治疗措施是目前临床常用的早产儿脑保护措施。但这些措施对早产儿神经系统发育的长期影响仍不完全清楚，该文对早产儿脑保护的研究进展进行探讨。
