新生儿脓毒症相关脑损伤的临床特点与发生机制

Abstract: Neonatal sepsis might increase the risk of brain injury and long-term poor prognosis. The dysfunction of blood-brain barrier and the inflammation caused by cytotoxicity,proinflammatory factor and oxygen radicals may contribute to the pathogenesis of neonatal sepsis-related brain injury. The neonatologists should pay attention to the neonatal sepsis related brain injury,and apart from anti-infection treatment,the follow- up of the development of central nervous system should also be made. This commentary just briefly summarizes the characteristics and pathogenesis of neonatal sepsis-related brain injury,aiming to provide evidence for the future intervention.

摘要: 新生儿脓毒症可能增加新生儿脑损伤和神经认知长期不良预后的风险。血脑屏障功能障碍以及炎症因子、细胞毒性、氧自由基等介导的炎症损伤是新生儿脓毒症相关脑损伤的重要发病机制。新生儿科医师应重视新生儿脓毒症相关脑损伤,在积极有效抗感染治疗的同时,密切随访新生儿神经系统发育情况。该文就新生儿脓毒症相关脑损伤的临床特点和发生机制进行概述,以期为临床干预提供依据。
