Abstract: Colorectal polyp is one of the most common gastrointestinal diseases in children. Endoscopic examination and polypectomy are the main methods of diagnosis and treatment. It is essential to select appropriate way of resection according to polyp classification to reduce postperative complications. This review mainly focuses on the principles of selecting endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps in children.

摘要： 结直肠息肉是儿童消化道常见疾病之一，内镜检查及内镜下息肉切除是目前主要诊断及治疗方式。针对息肉分类选择适宜的切除方式对减少术后并发症至关重要。该文主要围绕儿童结直肠息肉内镜下切除方法的选择原则进行阐述。
