Recommendations on staging management of heart failure in Chinese children

摘要： 心力衰竭是一种持续性发展的临床疾病综合征，按照其发展规律分为A、B、C和D四个阶段，涵盖从心力衰竭危险因素到晚期心力衰竭的整个过程。为了强化儿科医师对心力衰竭分期理念的认识和理解，根据国内外成人最新心力衰竭分期管理的相关指南和临床研究成果，结合我国儿科国情及临床实践经验，制定了该建议，旨在明确儿童心力衰竭分期定义、标准及管理策略，为心力衰竭患儿的早期防治和精准管理提供依据。

Abstract: Heart failure is a clinical syndrome with continuous development. It contains four stages， A， B， C， and D， according to its development pattern， covering the entire process from heart failure risk factors to end-stage heart failure. In order to enhance pediatricians' recognition and understanding of the concept of heart failure staging， this recommendation is developed based on the latest guidelines and clinical research results on heart failure staging management in adults， as well as the national conditions and clinical practice experience in pediatrics in our country. The aim is to clarify the definition， criteria， and management strategies of heart failure staging in children， and provide a basis for early prevention and treatment and precise management of children with heart failure.
