摘要： 脓毒性休克是儿童常见的危重症疾病，发生于脓毒症合并心血管功能障碍，其发病机制复杂，早期识别困难。循环损伤是脓毒性休克的重要环节，充分认识和正确评价脓毒性休克循环损伤，对快速识别、精准治疗和改善预后有着重要意义。

Abstract: Septic shock is a common critical condition in children， which occurs in sepsis complicated with cardiovascular dysfunction， and its pathogenesis is complex and its early identification is difficult. The circulatory injury is an important link in septic shock， and it is of great significance for rapid identification， accurate treatment and improved prognosis .
