摘要： 腺样体肥大是儿童时期最常见的疾病之一。如未及时恰当的治疗，可导致诸多症状及并发症，严重影响儿童的生活质量。该文根据临床实践和国内外研究进展，对腺样体肥大的病因、预防及治疗进行阐述，以期为儿童腺样体肥大的预防及早期治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Adenoid hypertrophy is one of the most common diseases in childhood.If adenoid hypertrophy is not treated in time，it can cause many symptoms and complications，which seriously affect the quality of life of children.Based on clinical practice and research progress at home and abroad，this paper discusses the etiology，prevention and treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in order to provide reference for the prevention and early treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.
