呼气末二氧化碳图在支气管哮喘中的研究进展

Research progress of end-expiratory capnography in bronchial asthma

摘要: 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种气道慢性炎症性疾病,其诊断、病情严重度评估及疗效评估主要依赖于临床症状、体征和肺功能检查等手段。传统的肺通气功能检查需要受试者的高度配合,但哮喘急性发作期患儿及学龄前儿童往往难以配合完成,这导致了肺功能在这些人群中的应用受到限制。呼气末二氧化碳图( capnography)技术简单无创,对患儿配合度要求相对较低,可在哮喘的诊断、严重度评估、病情监测及疗效评估方面发挥一定的临床作用,文章综述了呼气末二氧化碳图在支气管哮喘中的应用进展。

Abstract: Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory illness of the airways, and its diagnosis, severity assessment, and efficacy assessment are primarily based on clinical symptoms, signs, and pulmonary function tests. Traditional pulmonary ventilation function tests necessitate a high level of subject compliance;  however, patients with acute asthma exacerbations and preschool children sometimes have trouble complying, which limits the use of pulmonary function in these populations. Capnography is a simple, non-invasive procedure that requires little participation from patients, and  it can be used in the diagnosis, severity evaluation, disease monitoring, and efficacy assessment of asthma. This article reviews the application advancement of end-expiratory capnography in bronchial asthma.
