Diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory nail disease in children

摘要： 甲病是儿童皮肤科常见的疾病之一，可为甲单元单独受累或其他皮肤病/系统疾病合并甲受累的表现。影响儿童甲单元的疾病很多，主要由感染性、炎症性、肿瘤性、先天性和创伤性因素所致。为进一步加深对甲病的认识，该文主要介绍常见炎症相关的甲病表现，主要包括特应性皮炎/湿疹的非特异性炎症性甲改变、银屑病甲、扁平苔癣甲及儿童斑秃合并甲改变，进一步了解炎症性甲病的诊断及治疗，以增加对甲受累相关疾病的重视。

Abstract: Nail disease is one of the common skin diseases in children， which can be the manifestation of nail unit involvement alone or other skin diseases/systemic diseases combined with nail involvement. There are many diseases that affect children's nail units， mainly caused by infectious， inflammatory， neoplastic， congenital， and traumatic factors. In order to further understand nail diseases， this article mainly introduces common inflammation-related nail disease manifestations， mainly including non-specific inflammatory nail changes in atopic dermatitis/eczema， psoriasis nails， lichen planus nails and alopecia areata combined with nail changes in children， to further understand the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory nail disease， in order to increase attention to nail involvement related diseases.
