近年来，尽管我国临床医学领域越来越重视开展临床研究，但高水平临床研究的设计与实施仍是困扰临床医生的难点问题。结合开展胃肠间质瘤相关临床研究工作经验，建议先建立高质量数据库，以微创外科诊疗、临床典型案例、预后评价体系和多学科交叉融合协作等临床实际问题或热点话题为切入点，开展兼具创新性及实用性的临床研究；在扎实做好单中心前期研究的基础上，进一步组织开展多中心研究，提高临床研究质量。

Abstract    In recent years，the clinical research has made breakthrough progress. While the methods of conducting clinical research are still a challenging issue for physicians. Taking the clinical research related to gastrointestinal stromal tumor as an example，we suggests that clinicians should establish a high-quality database and conduct innovative and practical clinical research based on the diagnosis and treatment in minimally invasive surgery，typical clinical cases，prognostic evaluation system，multidisciplinary cross-fertilization collaboration and other practical clinical problems or hotspots. On the basis of solid single-center preliminary research，clinicians can further lead multicenter research to improve the quality of clinical research.
