目的    统计分析中国多地区2022年度减重与代谢手术开展情况。方法    基于大中华减重与代谢手术数据库数据登记工作，统计分析2022年度各地区开展减重与代谢手术情况，并对病人人口学信息、肥胖相关疾病、手术信息等进行统计学描述和分析。结果    2022年度来自19个省（自治区、直辖市）共49家中心上传临床数据至大中华减重与代谢手术数据库，登记有效病例7376例。术前体重指数（BMI）为37.3（21.3，89.3）。女性病人5521例（74.9%），年龄中位数为32（12，70）岁；男性病人1847例（25.1%），年龄中位数为32（11，64）岁。25.6%的病人在术前合并2型糖尿病，61.0%的病人术前合并阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征，21.9%合并多囊卵巢综合征，19.9%合并反流性食管炎。胃袖状切除术（SG）占89.02%，胃袖状切除术联合空肠-空肠旁路术（SG-JJB）占4.00%、胃袖状切除术联合双通道术（SG-TB）占2.34%、单吻合口胃旁路术（OAGB）占1.98%、Roux-en-Y胃旁路术（RYGB）占1.89%，胃袖状切除术联合单吻合口十二指肠-回肠旁路术或单吻合口十二指肠转位术（SADI-S/OADS）占0.54%、胆胰分流并十二指肠转位术（BPD-DS）占0.04%、胃袖状切除术联合十二指肠-空肠旁路术（SG-DJB）占0.03%、胃袖状切除术联合袢式十二指肠-空肠旁路术（SG-LDJB）占0.01%、其他手术方式占0.15%。结论  大中华减重与代谢手术数据库的搭建为我国减重代谢手术的大数据登记工作奠定了坚实基础。基于目前数据，尽管手术方式呈现多样性，SG仍是本年度我国多地区减重与代谢手术的主流术式。

Abstract    Objective    To summarize the metabolic and bariatric surgery cases performed in China in 2022. Methods The data of this observational study was extracted from the Greater China Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Database (GC-MBD) to evaluate the prevalence of metabolic and bariatric surgery in China. Demographic characteristics, obesity-related diseases and surgery information were analyzed. Results    In 2022, 49 centers from 19 provinces / province-level municipalities in China registered a total of 7376 cases. The patients’ median (minimum, maximum) BMI before the surgery was 37.3 (21.3, 89.3). The proportion of female patients was 74.9%, with a median (minimum, maximum) age of 32 (12, 70) years, while the proportion of males was 25.1%, with a median (minimum, maximum) age of 32 (11, 64) years. In addition, 25.6% of patients had a history of type 2 diabetes, 61.0% obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), 21.9% polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), 19.9% reflux esophagitis (RE) before operation. Among all procedures, 89.02% were sleeve gastrectomy (SG), 4.00% sleeve gastrectomy with jejunojenunal bypass (SG-JJB), 2.34% sleeve gastrectomy with transit bipartition (SG-TB), 1.98% one anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB), 1.89% Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB), 0.54% single-anastomosis duodenal-ileal bypass with sleeve gastrectomy/one anastomosis duodenal switch (SADI-S/OADS), 0.04% biliopancreatic diversion with duodenal switch (BPD-DS), 0.03% sleeve gastrectomy with duodenojejunal bypass (SG-DJB), 0.01% sleeve gastrectomy with loop duodenojejunal bypass (SG-LDJB), and 0.15% other operation types. Conclusion    The GC-MBD has laid a solid foundation for clinical data registries in China. Based on the analysis of the year 2022 data, SG is still the most commonly performed procedure in China despite a variety of surgical procedures being recorded.
