Abstract:

Instruments separation is one of the most troublesome complications during root canal therapy. A separated instrument may hinder the effectiveness of shaping and cleaning procedures，which may adversely affect the prognosis. Thus，the nickel-titanium instruments separation has always been a key point of clinical discussion. In this article，influencing factors and preventive strategies of the nickel-titanium instruments separation were introduced.

摘要：

器械分离是根管治疗过程中最棘手的并发症之一。由于分离的器械会妨碍根管系统的清理和成形，进而影响根管治疗的预后，因此关于镍钛器械分离的问题一直都是临床讨论的热点。文章就镍钛器械分离的影响因素及防治策略做一介绍。
