牙髓钙化及应对策略

Abstract: Glide path is the key to infection control in the root canal therapy,but in clinical practice,it is often encountered that the root canal is blocked due to pulp calcification,which increases the difficulty in treatment and affects the success rate. With the development of technology and the renewal of equipment and materials,such as the use of micro ultrasound technology and C or D file and new NiTi glide path files,the patency rate of root canal has been significantly improved. Therefore,the understanding of the causes and clinical manifestations of dental pulp calcification and being clear with the root canal location and scout methods have great significance in improving the success rate of root canal therapy.

摘要: 根管治疗中通畅的管腔是感染控制的关键,但临床中常会遇到因牙髓钙化所致的根管不通畅,增大治疗的难度,影响治疗的成功率。随着技术的进步及设备和耗材的更新,如显微超声技术、C锉、D锉及新型镍钛通路锉的使用,根管的通畅率明显提高。因此,了解牙髓钙化形成的原因、临床表现,掌握牙髓钙化后根管的定位及疏通的方法,对于提高根管治疗成功率具有重大意义。
