Abstract:

Postoperative pain，one of the main complications of endodontic treatment，can occur after root canal treatment. A number of causative factors which may be responsible for this complication are presented. These mechanisms may be interrelated. Various therapeutic measures for the relief of pain after endodontic therapy，including relief of occlusion，premedication，establishment of drainage，and intracanal and systemic medications are presented.

术后疼痛是根管治疗最常见的并发症之一。临床上直接影响到患者的治疗体验，严重者甚至可导致治疗失败。文章就此并发症的发生原因、预防措施以及处理对策等做一介绍。
