混合陶瓷表面不同处理方法对树脂水门汀粘接强度影响研究

Abstract:

Objective    To study the effect of different surface treatment for hybrid ceramic on bonding strength of adhesive resin. Methods    The Vita Enamic block was cut by CAD/CAM. The specimens(36 pieces,size:10 mm × 10 mm ×3 mm)were randomly divided into six groups(6 pieces per group):control group,sandblasting group,etching group,silane group,etching+silane group and sandblasting+silane group. The adhesive area was circle of radius 2 mm,on the center of surface treated. The adhesive resin,EmbracTM,dual cure,was placed on the adhesive area,up to height 4 mm. The bonding strength of each group was detected by the universal material testing machine after 24 h of  adhesive resin cure. Results    The bonding strength was as follows at the speed of 0.5 mm/min:control group(6.2199 ± 0.9662)MPa,sandblasting group(8.3043 ± 1.2074)MPa,etching group(7.2266 ± 1.1112)MPa,silane group(15.0703 ± 1.1033)MPa,etching+sliane group(9.6446 ± 1.1725)MPa and sandblasting+silane group(13.1765 ± 2.312)MPa. Statistical analysis was performed using AVOVA. There was singnificant difference in the bonding strength between each group,except between etching and sandlasting group,etching and control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion    The surface of hybride ceramic treated by sandblasting,etching and silane,alone or combined,can enhance the bonding strength of adhesive resin. The result of sandblasting group is better than etching group,and the silane is the best among them for the bonding strength of  adhesive resin with hybrid ceramic.

摘要:

目的    研究混合陶瓷表面不同的处理方法对树脂水门汀粘接强度的影响。方法    选用Vita Enamic混合陶瓷块,用CAD/CAM方法切割成10 mm × 10 mm × 3 mm试件36块,根据表面处理方法随机分为6组,分别为对照组、喷砂组、酸蚀组、硅烷组、酸蚀+硅烷组和喷砂+硅烷组,每组6个试件。各组试件进行相应表面处理后,用EmbraceTM双固化树脂水门汀在试件处理表面制作粘接面半径2 mm、高4 mm的圆柱体,静置24 h后用电子万能力学测试机测试粘接强度。结果    在测试刀头速度为0.5 mm/min的条件下,各组粘接强度分别为:对照组(6.2199 ± 0.9662)MPa、喷砂组(8.3043 ± 1.2074)MPa、酸蚀组(7.2266 ± 1.1112)MPa、硅烷组(15.0703 ± 1.1033)MPa、酸蚀+硅烷组(9.6446 ± 1.1725)MPa、喷砂+硅烷组(13.1765 ± 2.312)MPa。除酸蚀组与对照组和喷砂组之间差异无统计学意义外,其余各组与对照组间的差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论    酸蚀、喷砂、涂硅烷偶联剂,单独或联合对混合陶瓷表面处理,均可提高其与树脂水门汀的粘接强度;喷砂效果优于酸蚀,硅烷偶联剂增强树脂水门汀粘接强度最佳。
