不同氧化锆陶瓷表面处理对锆-树脂粘接强度影响

Abstract:

Zirconium oxide has been widely favored because of its stable biological characteristics and physical properties of high hardness and good aesthetic repair characteristics. Traditional adhesive techniques used with silica-based ceramics do not work effectively. Currently,several technologies are being utilized clinically to address this problem. The ability to chemically functionalize the surface of zirconia appears to be critical in achieving adhesive bonding. This review will focus on currently available approaches as well as new advanced technologies to address this problem.

摘要:

氧化锆因其稳定的生物特性和物理性质及良好的美学修复特点受到广泛青睐。然而其稳定的表面性质使得传统的硅陶瓷粘接技术对氧化锆无作用,故临床上开始使用一些新的技术实现氧化锆的粘接,以期解决这一难题。这些技术的原理是通过改变氧化锆的表面性质来增加粘接强度。本文就不同表面处理技术对氧化锆陶瓷及树脂粘接强度的影响进行综述。
