Abstract: Periodontology is an important part of stomatology standard resident training. In this study，by investigating periodontal internship status of the trainees in standard resident training during undergraduate period，it is found that the curriculum of periodontal internship for undergraduate students in dental school is defective，and the preclinical and clinical practice training for them are seriously insufficient. Most of the students had preclinical practice of initial periodontal therapy. Some of the students have never come into contact with supragingival scaling  by hand instuments and the periodontal chart during the preclinical or clinical practice. Based on this，this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the periodontal preclinical practice course，and sets up a practice course with the combination of theory and practice，which has good teaching effect and high students′ satisfaction，and can be further improved and promoted in the future.

摘要： 牙周病学是口腔住院医师规范化培训的重要课程之一。本研究通过调查住院医师规范化培训（以下简称“住培”）学员本科期间接受牙周教学的状况，发现国内口腔医学院校本科阶段牙周病学课程设置不完善，学生接受的前期实习和临床实习培训严重不足，大部分学员本科期间接受过牙周病学理论和牙周基础治疗前期实习教学，部分学生从未在牙周前期实习或临床实习中接触过牙周手工洁治操作和牙周检查大表。基于此，对住培牙周实习课程体系进行初步探索，设置了理论与实践相结合的牙周病学前期实习课程，其教学效果好，学生满意度高，未来可进一步完善、推广。
