Abstract:

Abstract：Extraction as a surgical operation may cause injury to the soft tissue around operation area in a certain degree. But if the local soft tissue had excessive or accidental damage for various reasons at the time of tooth extraction， it belongs to the complications of tooth extraction. Soft tissue injury is one of the most common complications of tooth extraction. In this paper，the causes， clinical manifestations，treatment and prevention of soft tissue excessive or accidental injury were reviewed in order to reduce the incidence of this complication in clinic.

摘要：

拔牙作为一种外科手术会造成术区软组织一定程度的损伤，但如果在拔牙时因各种原因造成局部软组织过度或意外的损伤，则属于拔牙并发症。软组织损伤属于常见的拔牙并发症之一。本文针对拔牙造成软组织过度或意外损伤的原因、临床表现、处理及预防进行阐述，以期为临床医生在操作时降低该并发症的发生提供帮助。
