Abstract: Root resorption is a common complication in orthodontics. Clear aligner treatment is a new developed orthodontic technique in which the appliance material used and the manner and size of the force applied to the teeth are different from the fixed orthodontic treatment. Most clinical studies have shown that clear aligner treatment has less effect on root resorption. In this paper，the principles and technology of aligners，and the incidence，severity and influencing factors of root resorption during orthodontic treatment are reviewed.

摘要： 牙根吸收是正畸临床中常见的并发症。无托槽隐形矫治是一种新兴的矫治技术，使用的矫治器材料以及对牙齿的施力方式和大小与固定矫治不同。多数临床研究表明，无托槽隐形矫治过程对牙根吸收的影响较小。文章就无托槽隐形矫治的原理及技术特点，矫治过程中牙根吸收的发生率、严重程度及影响因素等做一综述。
