Abstract:

With the progress of the alveolar surgical technique and the renewal of the equipment，at present，all of the clinically affected teeth can be extracted by conventional extraction techniques and surgical extraction techniques. However，there are still complications in some particular cases of anatomical location. In order to avoid the occurrence of complications，some special equipment and techniques have also been used for the extraction of some complex teeth. This article elaborated the work principle，the merit and shortcoming and the application scope of some special equipment and the technology in order to provide reference for the choice of tooth extraction equipment in different clinical cases.

摘要：

随着牙槽外科技术的进步及设备的更新，目前临床上所有的患牙都能通过常规拔牙技术和外科拔牙技术拔除。但是在一些解剖位置特殊的病例中可能会出现并发症。为了尽量避免并发症的发生，一些特殊的设备和技术也被用于某些复杂牙的拔除。文章将对这些设备和技术的工作原理、优缺点和适用范围进行阐述，为临床上遇到某些特殊病例时选择更多的拔牙设备和技术提供参考。
