牙根盾技术在口腔美学种植中的应用进展

Abstract: Due to physiological or pathological bone absorption,alveolar bone at the extraction site after tooth extraction often leads to insufficient bone mass during implantation,accompanied by soft tissue atrophy,which seriously affects the function and aesthetic effect of implant restoration. In recent years,scholars have proposed various schemes to prevent the absorption of soft and hard tissues at tooth extraction sites,of which "socket-shield technique" has become a new treatment method for implanting in aesthetic areas. This article summarizes the basic research and clinical application effect,technical improvement and clinical complications of "socket-shield technique",so as to provide reference for dental aesthetic implant restoration treatment.

摘要: 牙齿拔除后拔牙位点牙槽骨由于生理或病理性骨吸收,常导致种植时骨量不足,并且伴有软组织萎缩,严重影响种植修复的功能及美学效果。近年来学者们提出各种方案来预防拔牙位点软硬组织的吸收,其中“牙根盾技术”成为美学种植修复的新治疗方法。文章从“牙根盾技术”的基础研究和临床应用的效果、技术改良及临床并发症等方面做一综述,进一步为口腔美学种植修复治疗提供参考。
