基于循序渐进的模型训练提高牙周进修医生手术胜任力

Abstract: The education of periodontal refresher doctors is an important part of the education system of periodontology,which is very important for training periodontal professionals all over the country. The surgical treatment of moderate and severe periodontitis is an important embodiment of the level of periodontal diagnosis and treatment. Department of Periodontology,Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology has established a training model of periodontal surgery(periodontal basic surgery,periodontal regeneration surgery and mucogingival surgery)on simulated and animal jaw models step by step based on the previous teaching practice. The progressive model training to some extent made up for the lack of clinical surgical practice and improved the surgical competence of periodontal refresher doctors,which provides a reference for exploring the surgical teaching methods of one-year periodontal refresher doctors in China.

摘要: 牙周进修医生教学是牙周病学教学体系中的重要组成部分,对于全国各地培养牙周专业人才至关重要。中重度牙周炎的手术治疗是牙周临床诊疗水平的重要体现。北京大学口腔医学院牙周病学教研室在既往教学实践基础上,建立了一套基于仿真和动物颌骨模型循序渐进地进行牙周基础性手术、牙周再生性手术和膜龈手术操作训练的模式,在一定程度上弥补了临床手术实践不足的问题,并提升了牙周进修医生对不同种类牙周手术的胜任力,为探索我国1年期牙周进修医生的手术教学方法提供了参考。
