牙周专业学位型研究生手术参与情况3年观察和分析

Abstract:

Objective To standardize and institutionalize the postgraduates′ participation in periodontal surgery,and analyze the characteristics to strengthen the individualized training of surgical ability.  Methods All the master/doctor students(a total of 51)of dental surgery from Department of Periodontology,Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from January 2015 to December 2017 were included in this study. The students made a standardized record after finishing the periodontal surgery. The teachers summarized and analyzed the data of surgical participation every six months,and organized the clinical work conference regularly to announce the surgery completion status of all the students. Results The number of surgeries completed by first-grade graduate students was very small,mainly basic surgeries (such as conventional flaps and gingivectomy). The second and third grades were critical periods for accumulation of periodontal surgeries. In addition to basic surgeries,crown lengthening,bone grafting,guided tissue regeneration and simple implantation can be performed by the students under the close supervision of the attending surgeon. For the students who go on pursuing doctor′s degrees,the largest number of surgeries were completed by them during the fourth year and fifth year,and the complicated surgeries such as mucogingival surgery,guided bone regeneration and maxillary sinus elevations were also added. Conclusion This project is helpful for teachers to regularly learn about the surgery participation of students from different graduates so as to assist in clinical competency assessment;meanwhile,it is helpful for students to summarize their own participation in the surgery to regularly announce their surgical completion,so as to know themselves and their classmates well and generate self-motivation.

摘要:

目的 规范化、制度化地管理牙周专业学位型研究生的牙周手术参与情况,并分析规律以针对性地加强其手术能力培养。方法 选择2015年1月至2017年12月在北京大学口腔医院牙周科就读的所有专业学位型研究生51名作为研究对象。研究生完成牙周手术后进行规范化记录,教师每6个月进行手术参与情况的汇总、分析,并定期组织召开全体研究生临床工作会议公布所有研究生的手术完成情况。结果  一年级研究生主刀完成的手术量较少,且以基础性手术为主。二、三年级是积累手术的关键期,除基础性手术外可以主刀完成牙冠延长术、植骨术、引导性组织再生术以及简单的种植手术。对于继续攻读博士的专业学位型研究生,第四年和第五年主刀完成的手术量最多,手术种类也增加了膜龈手术、引导性骨再生术、上颌窦提升术等复杂手术。结论 该研究的实施有助于教师定期了解不同研究生的手术参与情况,从而辅助进行临床胜任力评估;同时通过定期公布研究生手术完成整体情况有助于研究生归纳自己的手术参与情况,知己知彼产生激励自我的动力。
