Abstract: Periodontal surgery training is important in education of periodontal specialists. We have designed a periodontal resective osseous surgical training model，which mimics the bone destruction caused by periodontitis，including craters in proximal areas and ledge on the buccal and lingual sides of posterior teeth. With the surgical training model，trainees can learn the morphology of alveolar bone destruction caused by periodontitis and improve the surgical skills of managing alveolar bone morphology. The models are inexpensive and can be easily made，which can help the trainees to learn the principles and surgical procedures of periodontal resective osseous surgery，and thus improve problem solving abilities in periodontal surgeries.

摘要： 牙周基础性手术训练是牙周专业教学重点内容之一。本研究设计一种模拟临床病损拟实施牙周骨切除术和骨成形术的教学训练石膏模型，并制定相关的手术训练流程。该训练模型直观地模拟了临床中常见的典型牙槽骨缺损类型，研究生和进修医生在手术训练过程中可以深刻理解牙周炎导致牙槽骨骨破坏的特点，熟练掌握牙槽骨修整的过程，并学会如何通过修整形态不佳的牙槽骨，形成生理性骨外形，取得了较好的手术训练效果。该训练模型有助于牙周专科手术训练学习、强化理论和实践体验，其设计模拟临床典型病损，制作简单，易于院校教学推广应用，可以为提高临床手术能力打下基础。
