Abstract:

Chronic kidney disease has gradually become a global public health problem that seriously threatens human health with its high incidence and high mortality. Periodontitis is a common oral chronic infectious disease and has a correlation with chronic kidney disease. Suspected periodontal pathogens are initiating factor of periodontitis and may play an important role in the development of chronic kidney disease. This article reviews the effect and possible mechanisms of suspected periodontal pathogens on chronic kidney disease.

摘要：

慢性肾脏病发病率高、病死率高，已逐步成为严重威胁人类身体健康的全球公共卫生问题。牙周炎作为常见的口腔慢性感染性疾病，与慢性肾脏病具有相关性。牙周可疑致病菌是牙周炎的始动因子，在慢性肾脏病的发生、发展中可能起到重要作用。文章就牙周可疑致病菌对慢性肾脏病的影响及可能机制做一综述。
