Abstract:

Dental pulp exposure caused by caries-related and traumatic emergencies is very common. The main clinical treatments are pulp capping，pulpotomy and root canal therapy. Pulp capping is the first and best choice in modern treatment of deciduous teeth and permanent teeth，especially young permanent teeth. Under the premise of strict control of indications，the success rate of traditional pulp capping is about 60%. Laser has unique advantages，and its auxiliary application in pulp capping can significantly improve the success rate of pulp preservation. In this paper，the theoretical basis of laser application in pulp capping，the characteristics of the commonly used oral lasers，the application in animal experiments and clinical experiments and the future application prospects were summarized，as well as the correct clinical process was recommended in order to provide systematic guidance for clinical work.

摘要：

龋病和牙外伤急症导致的牙髓暴露很常见，临床治疗主要有直接盖髓术、活髓切断术和根管治疗术。其中，直接盖髓术无论对乳牙还是恒牙（特别是年轻恒牙）都是临床治疗中最佳的选择。在严格控制适应证的前提下，传统的直接盖髓术治疗成功率为60%左右；将激光应用于直接盖髓术具有其独特的优势，可明显提升治疗的成功率。文章就激光应用于直接盖髓术的理论基础、优势、临床治疗程序以及应用前景做一概述，以期为临床工作提供系统化的指导。
