拔牙窝覆盖与充填材料的选择及应用

  • 作者简介:胡开进，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔外科主任。兼任国际牙医学院院士、中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会常务委员、陕西省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会主任委员等十余项学术任职，《实用口腔医学杂志》等7本杂志编委，国家自然科学基金及国家科技奖评审专家，国家精品课程主讲教授。参与编写全国本科生教材《口腔颌面外科学》，“十二五”规划教材《口腔颌面外科学配套光盘》主编，全国高等院校研究生教材《牙及牙槽外科学》主编。发表教学及科研论文200余篇，其中SCI收录40余篇。出版各类专著34部，其中主编及主译26余部。获国家、全军及陕西省教学及科研基金16项。获教学及科研奖励18项。

摘要：

拔牙术后的拔牙窝通常不需任何处理即可正常愈合，但为了预防和处理某些拔牙并发症或为以后的种植及修复治疗奠定基础，需使用某些覆盖及充填材料对拔牙窝进行处理。文章将对如何选择及应用拔牙窝覆盖与充填材料进行论述，为口腔外科医生合理选择并应用拔牙窝覆盖及充填材料提供帮助。

Abstract:

The sockets can be normal healing after tooth extraction without any treatment，but it needs to be deal with some materials covering and filling in the sockets in order to prevent and treat some complications of tooth extraction and prepare for the implant and prosthodontics. We will discuss how to select and apply the materials in this article for covering and filling in the extraction sockets，which will help the oral surgeons to choose and apply the materials reasonably.
