  • 作者简介:薛洋，副教授、副主任医师、硕士研究生导师，现任第四军医大学口腔医院口腔外科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙及牙槽外科专业委员会常务委员兼学术秘书、口腔医学教育专业委员会青年委员，陕西省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会常务委员。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，发表学术论文30篇，其中以第一/通讯作者发表SCI收录论文14篇。副主编/译专著3部、参编/译专著6部。陕西省优秀博士学位论文获得者。全国口腔青年教师授课技能展示“技能超群之最具人气教师”、陕西省“住院医师规范化培训优秀带教老师”、邱蔚六口腔颌面外科发展基金“希望奖”获得者。获陕西省科学技术一等奖、二等奖各1项，陕西省教学成果一等奖1项。

摘要： 随着口腔外科器械的发展与技术的进步，牙拔除术的治疗理念已逐渐向标准化、规范化、舒适化和人性化过渡，除普及规范、标准的手术技术外，在牙拔除术中如何选择合适的手术方法、掌握正确的拔牙技巧与原理是牙拔除术得以安全、微创、高效进行的保证，也为牙槽骨功能性保存与修复重建提供良好的条件与基础。文章就牙拔除术相关的新技巧做一介绍。

Abstract: With the development of devices and technological advances in oral surgery，the treatment concept of tooth extraction has gradually transitioned to standardization，normalization，comfort and humanization. In addition to the popularization of standardized surgical techniques，choosing the appropriate surgical methods and mastering the correct principles are the guarantee of safe，minimally invasive and efficient procedure，which also provides a good condition and foundation for functional preservation and restoration of alveolar bone. This article presents some new techniques related to tooth extraction.
