西地碘含片联合透明质酸凝胶辅助治疗中、重度慢性牙周炎临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的    评价西地碘含片联合透明质酸凝胶辅助治疗中、重度慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法    将2015年1—12月在中国医科大学口腔医学院牙周科就诊的60例临床诊断为中、重度慢性牙周炎患者随机分成两组，联合用药组每次牙周基础治疗后牙周袋内置入腔治捷透明质酸凝胶并嘱患者使用西地碘含片，对照组每次牙周基础治疗后牙周袋内置入1%碘甘油。结果    所有患者治疗后1、3、6个月的出血指数（BI）、探诊深度（PD）、附着丧失（AL）和牙齿松动度（TM）较治疗前均有明显改善。联合用药组治疗后3个月和6个月PD、AL和TM与治疗后1个月比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），BI差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；而对照组BI、PD、AL和TM与治疗后1个月比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论    西地碘含片联合腔治捷是中、重度慢性牙周炎安全有效的局部辅助治疗药物。

Abstract:

Objective    To observe the clinical effects of hyaluronic acid gel and Cydiodine in periodental initial therapy for  moderate and severe chronic periodontitis. Methods    A total of 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of medium and severe chronic periodontitis treated in Stomatology Hospital of China Medical University for Jan. to Dec. of 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The combination group was given GENGIGEL®　hyaluronic acid gel and Cydiodine，and the control group was given 1% iodine glycerin respectively after initial treatment every time. The bleeding index，probing depth， attachment loss and tooth mobility were checked and recorded before treatment and after treatment at 1，3 and 6 months. Results    Bleeding index，probing depth， attachment loss and tooth mobility in all patients were improved after treatment. The difference in probing depth， attachment loss and tooth mobility after 3 and 6 months of  treatment，compared with 1 month after treatment，was statistically significant （P < 0.05） ，while there was no statistically significant difference in bleeding index （P＞0.05）. The difference in bleeding index，probing depth，attachment loss and tooth mobility in control group after 3 and 6 months of treatment，compared with 1 month after treatment，was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）. Conclusion    Periodontal initial treatment is excellent for moderate and severe chronic periodontitis. GENGIGEL® and Cydiodine are safe and effective local treatment for chronic periodontitis.
