微创与传统技术拔除儿童埋伏多生牙临床效果对比研究

摘要:

目的 评价儿童埋伏多生牙拔除术中采用微创与传统技术的临床效果。方法 选择2011年6月至2013年7月在河南煤化焦煤集团中央医院口腔科就诊的埋伏多生牙患儿184例(埋伏牙189颗),随机分为微创治疗组(95例,98颗埋伏牙)和传统治疗组(89例,91颗埋伏牙)。记录两组患儿手术时间、术中畏惧情况和手术并发症情况,并对创口观察48 h,记录术后组织肿胀和疼痛情况。结果 微创治疗组患儿手术时间[(20.6 ± 4.8)min]短于传统治疗组[(25.4 ± 4.2)min],患儿术中畏惧发生率(7.4%)远低于传统治疗组(83.1%),差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);微创治疗组患儿邻牙损伤、疼痛和软组织肿胀发生率均低于传统治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。结论 微创技术应用于儿童埋伏多生牙拔除可有效缩短手术时间,减少手术创伤和术后并发症的发生,同时可减少患儿恐惧发生,提高手术依从性。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective To evaluate different clinical effects between the minimally invasive surgery techniques and conventional technologies for children's embedded supernumerary teeth. Methods Totally 184 children with 189 embedded supernumerary teeth were selected from June 2011 to July 2013 in Jiaozuo Coal Central Hospital Department of Stomatology and were randomly divided into tne minimally invasive group and the conventional group. Two groups of children were recorded on operative time,intraoperative complications and surgical conditions of fear,and the wound was observed for 48 h,and tissue swelling and pain were recorded. Results The operative time of the minimally invasive group[(20.6 ± 4.8)min] was shorter than that of the conventional group [(25.4 ± 4.2)min];the rate of fear of surgery which occurred in children(7.4%)was lower than that of the conventional group(83.1%),the differences being statistically significant(P < 0.05). The occurrence rates of adjacent teeth damage,pain and soft tissue swelling of the minimally invasive group were lower than those of the conventional group,the differences being statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive techniques used in children supernumerary teeth unplug surgery can shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of surgical trauma and complications;meanwhile,it can reduce the occurrence of fear and improve surgical compliance of children.
