Abstract: Herpes virus infection-related liver injury refers to the damage of liver tissue cells in children caused by direct herpes virus infection or immune response，presented with elevated serum aminotransferase，etc.The Objective of this paper was to discuss the mechanism，diagnosis，treatment and follow-up of liver injury caused by herpes virus infection.

摘要： 疱疹病毒感染相关性儿童肝损伤是指由疱疹病毒直接感染或免疫反应导致的儿童肝组织细胞的损伤，常表现血清氨基转移酶升高等。文章旨在对疱疹病毒感染导致肝损伤机制、诊断、治疗及随访等临床问题进行探讨。
