进展期胆囊癌行根治性切除手术的意义

摘要： 胆囊癌恶性程度高，预后极差。根治性切除能延长进展期胆囊癌病人远期生存，其难点在于切除范围的选择以及淋巴结清扫的彻底性。近年来，外科治疗结合新型辅助治疗改变了胆囊癌传统治疗模式，大大提升了进展期胆囊癌外科治疗疗效，为进展期胆囊癌病人带来新的希望。

Abstract    Gallbladder cancer has high malignancy and poor prognosis. Radical resection is helpful in achieving the long-term survival of patients with advanced gallbladder cancer, however, the difficulties lie in the resection extent and the thoroughness of lymph node dissection. In recent years, combining surgical treatment with new adjuvant therapy has changed the traditional treatment mode of gallbladder cancer, which greatly improved the efficacy of surgical treatment and brought new hope for patients with advanced gallbladder cancer.
