胰腺癌综合治疗中新辅助治疗的地位及评价

摘要： 胰腺癌恶性程度高，侵袭性强，诊治困难。近年来，随着新辅助治疗迅速发展，改变了胰腺癌的传统治疗模式，并真正实现了“以病人为中心”的治疗理念，是胰腺癌综合治疗的里程碑事件。然而，在我国胰腺癌新辅助治疗临床应用中，对于治疗方案、疗程、疗效评估等方面仍存争议。我国胰腺外科医师对于新辅助治疗的理解和认识有待提升，应建立以内外科为基础的多学科综合治疗协作组，评估新辅助治疗真正获益人群，未来仍需探究以靶向治疗、免疫治疗为基础的新方案，进一步提升胰腺癌规范化治疗效果。

Abstract    Pancreatic cancer is highly malignant, invasive, and difficult to diagnose. In recent years, the rapid development of neoadjuvant therapy has changed the traditional treatment mode of pancreatic cancer and truly realized the "patient-centered" treatment concept, which is a milestone event in the comprehensive treatment of pancreatic cancer. In this paper, the development background and current situation of neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer are expounded, and the hot topics in neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer are discussed, in order to further deepen the understanding and knowledge of surgeons and promote the standardized treatment of pancreatic cancer.
