Abstract    In recent years，with the progress of oncology research and the accumulation of clinical practice experience，the traditional treatment relying on a single discipline has gradually been recognized unable to fully meet the clinical needs of pancreatic cancer patients，while a comprehensive treatment taking the disease as center may have more advantages in achieving the best clinical outcome for patients. Through the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams，various diagnostic and treatment methods，including conservative treatment，planned follow-up strategy，surgical treatment and systematic treatment under the comprehensive management of multiple disciplines throughout the disease，are adopted for pancreatic tumors to maximize the clinical benefits of patients. While considering the oncological outcomes for achieving long-term survival，it is also necessary to avoid overtreatment and ensure medical safety.
