Abstract    With the development of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair, postoperative complications are also receiving increasing attention. Early intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair is a rare but serious complication after surgery, which can be caused by various reasons such as peritoneal defects,self-anchoring barbed suture devices, etc. When treating inguinal hernia, surgeons should be vigilant about the causes of early intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair, choose a reasonable surgical method, take corresponding measures during surgery to reduce the occurrence of intestinal obstruction, and pay attention to the identification and management of early intestinal obstruction after surgery.
