溃疡性结肠炎手术时机、策略与技巧

摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）属于炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease，IBD）之一，是发生于结肠和直肠黏膜的慢性炎症性疾病。UC目前多侧重于内科治疗，而外科治疗也是UC治疗的重要手段。全结直肠切除、回肠储袋肛管吻合术（ileal pouch-anal anastomosis，IPAA）是UC病人的首选手术方式。掌握该手术的策略与技术要点有助于提高手术成功率、降低手术并发症发生率、改善病人的预后以及提高病人的生活质量。

Abstract    Ulcerative colitis （UC） is a type of inflammatory bowel disease（IBD） and it is characterized by chronic inflammation in the mucosa of colon and rectum. The treatment of UC is more focused on medical treatment. However，surgical therapy is also an important mean of treatment. Total proctocolectomy and ileal pouch-anal anastomosis（IPAA）is the preferred operation for most patients with UC who require surgery. Mastering the surgical strategies and techniques may help increase the success rate of surgery， reduce complications and improve the prognosis of patients and their quality of life.
