重视儿童及青少年甲状腺癌的规范化诊治

摘要： 儿童及青少年甲状腺癌的发病率近年来不断上升，与成人甲状腺癌相比，其病情相对较重，初次发现时多已出现局部侵犯、淋巴结及远处转移，但生存期较长。越来越多的专家学者已关注到儿童及青少年甲状腺癌规范化诊治的重要性和特殊性。从《中国儿童甲状腺结节及分化型甲状腺癌专家共识》到《儿童甲状腺癌诊疗规范（2021版）》，未来会有更多的研究、指南及专家共识规范儿童及青少年甲状腺癌的诊治，建立超声评估、分子诊断、治疗策略、病理分级以及随访一体化的新体系，指引儿童及青少年甲状腺癌诊治从陌生到规范，再向精准化防治迈进。

Abstract    With the increasing incidence of thyroid cancer in children，adolescents，and young adults（CAYA），the disease is relatively severe compared with adult thyroid cancer. Local invasion，lymph node and distant metastasis have already existed at most initial detection of thyroid cancer in CAYA while, however, patients in those cases survive for relatively longer lifetime. More and more experts and scholars have paid attention to the importance and particularity of standardized diagnosis and treatment of CAYA thyroid cancer. From the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Thyroid Nodules and Differentiated Thyroid Cancer in Children（2020 Edition）" to "Childhood Thyroid Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Standards（2021 Edition）"，there would be more research，guidelines and expert consensus in the future to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of CAYA thyroid cancer , and to establish a new system integrating ultrasound assessment，molecular diagnosis，treatment strategy，pathological grading and follow-up, which would guide the diagnosis and treatment of CAYA thyroid cancer from the unknown to the standardized level，and then to precise prevention and treatment.
