摘要:
营养配方是经静脉或肠道途径供应病人所需要的营养要素,包括热量(碳水化合物、脂肪)、必需和非必需氨基酸、维生素、电解质、微量元素及水。个体化营养配方以及在营养支持过程中应了解营养底物的代谢特点和病人的具体情况,制定合适的营养配方,并在治疗过程中评价治疗效果,达到改善病人营养状况和预后的目的。制定正确的营养配方和准确的疗效评价尤为重要。

Abstract:
Management of nutritional formulas and evaluation of clinical outcomes WANG Xin-ying. Research Institute of General Surgery, Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command, People’s Liberation Army, Medical College of Nanjing University, Nanjing 210002,China Abstract Nutritional formula, which providing nutritional elements through intravenous or intestinal route, would contain carbohydrates, fats, essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, electrolytes, trace elements and water. By comprehending the metabolism characteristics of nutritional substrate and general condition of patients, appropriate nutritional formulas and evaluation should be managed during clinical process, to achieve the purpose of improving nutritional status and clinical outcomes.
