术前营养筛查工具及其临床意义

摘要：

术前营养筛查常使用含多个复合指标的筛查工具，如主观全面评定法、微型营养评定、营养不良通用筛查工具、营养风险指数及营养风险筛查2002等。营养筛查工具的临床意义不仅在于评估病人的术前营养状况，更主要在于预测病人的临床结局，判断病人是否能从营养支持中获益。营养风险筛查2002是目前术前营养筛查的首选工具。

Abstract    Preoperative nutritional screening often use screening tools which contain composite index，such as SGA, MNA, MUST, NRI index and NRS2002 etc. The clinical significance of preoperative nutritional screening tools not only lie in assessing the nutritional status of patients before operation, but only in predicting the clinical outcome and whether patients will benefit from nutritional support. NRS2002 is the current preferred screening tool.
