围手术期营养支持合理优化选择

摘要:

对于营养不良(不足)或存在营养不良风险的围手术期病人,营养风险筛查和评估可以提早制定营养干预计划。围手术期选择合理、优化肠外、肠内营养支持治疗,可以维持或改善营养状况,提高手术疗效,降低并发症发生率,减少住院时间及医疗费用。

Abstract    For the existence of malnutrition or undernutrition risk perioperative patients, nutritional screening and assessment, nutrition intervention plan can be designed earlier. Rational, optimizing selection for perioperative parenteral and enteral nutritional support therapy could maintain or improve nutritional status, improve surgical treatment, reduce complications, hospital stay and medical costs.
