摘要:
合并肝脏损伤的外科病人围手术期营养治疗是临床医生经常面临的问题。对这类病人进行围手术期的营养治疗既要考虑手术后代谢和营养支持,又要尽可能避免或减少肝脏功能进一步恶化。熟悉肝脏正常生理功能、掌握评估肝脏功能的方法及肝脏功能损伤的围手术期营养制剂选择要点,是合理选择肝脏功能异常病人围手术期营养制剂的前提。

Abstract:
Selection of nutritional formulations of the patients with liver injury during perioperation DONG Ming. Department of Gastroenterological Surgery, the First Hospital of China Medical University, Shenyang 110001, China Abstract To the perioperative patients with liver injury, the nutritional therapy is one of the important problems facing frequently with surgeons. The therapeutic method must be considered not only providing the metabolic and nutritional support,but also avoiding or reducing the further deterioration of liver function as far as possible. It is the premise for selecting nutritional formulations correctly to the patients with liver injury during perioperation that mastering the normal physiological functions of liver and evaluating methods of liver function and the main points of selecting nutritional formulations.
