Abstract    Colorectal surgery diseases often accompanied by complex biological behavior, aging tendencies, malnutrition, intestinal obstruction and psychological disorders, intestinal dysfunction after surgery, related complications after anti-tumor treatment, tumor metastasis and surgery post-rehabilitation and other complex issues are often difficult to solve in a subspecialty. Therefore, the management of  perioperative surgery for colorectal surgery patients puts forward higher requirements, but how the complex multidisciplinary problems can be solved systematically is the current clinical difficulty, and it is also a key factor affecting the long-term prognosis of colorectal surgery. The concept of perioperative surgery house (PSH) provides a practical and feasible solution to the complex and changeable multidisciplinary problem.
