下肢慢性静脉功能不全的药物治疗

摘要：

下肢慢性静脉功能不全（chronic venous insufficiency，CVI）是常见的血管外科疾病。病因主要有下肢静脉血流异常所导致的静脉高压以及静脉压升高后导致静脉系统出现的炎症级联反应。目前治疗CVI的药物多是以上述发病机制为靶点，在缓解症状、改善微循环方面具有重要作用。有效改善下肢慢性静脉疾病的症状并且尽量避免不良反应的出现是药物治疗的首要目标。

Abstract    Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) of the lower limbs is a kind of vascular disease with high morbidity. The etiological factors of CVI are venous hypertension and inflammation cascade reaction. The mechanisms are the pharmacological targets of most drugs for CVI. Systemic drug therapy has been tried for many years in an attempt to reduce symptoms and improve microcirculation. The first aim of drug therapy is to improve CVI symptoms and avoid adverse reaction.
